JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – March 16, 2009 — BridgeGate International announced today that Kevin Hutchinson, a healthcare information technology innovator, has been appointed to the BridgeGate Healthcare Board of Advisors.

Mr. Hutchinson is a well-known and widely-respected industry leader serving in various roles such as Vice Chair of the National eHealth Collaborative (NeHC), successor to the American Health Information Community (AHIC), a public-private enterprise created to establish a secure interoperable nationwide health information system; member of the board of directors of the eHealth Initiative (eHI); and, member of the board of directors for the American Academy of Family Physician’s (AAFP) TransforMED company, amongst other distinctions.

Kevin is the current president and CEO of Prematics, Inc., an ePrescribing and care communication company serving the payer industry, and was previously the founding CEO of SureScripts, operator of the country’s largest national electronic prescribing network.
